Registration and consultation
Arabi matches students with verified teachers through its matching system, and handles scheduling, payment, progress reports, and teacher replacement. The teaching itself is carried out by Arabi ustadz and ustadzah using the Arabi Method.
Registration opens through the registration form or through official Arabi WhatsApp. The data you enter serves one purpose, which is finding a teacher who fits. Once the form arrives, our team contacts you during service hours to confirm what you need, then sends the cost calculation in writing.
Until you approve that calculation, nothing is owed. The initial consultation is free, and closing a registration at this stage takes a single message.
Chapter 2
Teacher assignment time
Our official range is 1 to 5 working days, counted from the moment your requirements are complete. How quickly it lands depends on the three factors below, and our internal target stays the same, which is never to pass 5 working days.
Programme and level
Programmes in highest demand, such as beginner Quran recitation and Arabic for children, have the largest pool of candidate teachers and move fastest. More specialised fields, for instance balaghah or advanced khat calligraphy, sit at the longer end of the range.
Region
Yogyakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya have the densest spread of teachers because our offices are there. Cities far from those centres sometimes take longer, and online classes are the fastest route for them.
Schedule and criteria
Flexible learning hours and open criteria speed up matching. Highly specific requests, such as an ustadzah from one particular university within a narrow time slot, take longer.
A teacher profile is sent for your review before the first session is scheduled. If the search passes 5 working days, our team tells you without being asked, along with the options available.
Chapter 3
Costs and payment
Cost is calculated from the programme chosen in the catalogue, the level, the session length of 60, 90, or 120 minutes, the number of meetings per month, and the way you choose to learn. Online classes cost the same nationwide, while a teacher travelling to your home follows the rate of that city. Every component is stated in writing before the first session runs, including the one time registration fee of Rp95,000 for new students. Once agreed, the figure holds for the whole package, and no charge appears later.
Payment is made upfront per package period by bank transfer or digital wallet to an official company account. The Arabi team never asks for payment into a personal account.
Chapter 4
Scheduling, moving sessions, and cancellation
The learning schedule is set by agreement between you and the teacher. If a session needs moving, let us know by the day before at the latest, and it shifts to a replacement time without using up the package. Notice given too late may count as a session used, because the teacher has already set the time aside and travelled.
Cancelling before the teacher contact details are shared carries no fee. Once a teacher is available and the contact details have been passed to you, the Rp95,000 registration fee applies even if the first session has not run.
After the package begins, sessions already used are recalculated as non package sessions, which carry their own rate that differs from the package price. As long as Arabi can still supply a teacher and the cancellation does not come from our side, refunds are not facilitated.

Free teacher replacement
If a teaching style turns out to be a poor fit, tell us at any point and we find a replacement at no extra cost.
Verified teachers
Identity, university credentials, and teaching track record are checked before a teacher takes a first assignment.
Progress updates
Guardians receive a summary of material covered and notes on progress, so the direction of learning stays visible.
Data used sparingly
Registration data is used to find a teacher and to communicate about the service. We do not sell it to anyone.
